About the Role

As Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and production schedules.
• Manage and develop a team of production and maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain equipment and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in RMC industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
