About the Role

Generate Sales Enquiry, Assistance to Supply chain and Production in interpreting customer specifications, Responsible and Accountable for sales of RMC, Value added business, Responsible for carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed business orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and developers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure customer specifications are clearly understood and executed.
• Drive sales for RMC and value-added products while meeting monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and customer surveys.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS updates for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in RMC sales or construction materials industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and coordinate effectively with production teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
